Additional Documentation Required for ACD Applications
According to the latest update, the Certificate of Origin has been added as a mandatory document, in addition to the documents already required for ACD applications.
The full and updated list of required documents is as follows:
- Draft Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
Please be advised that ACD certification will become mandatory for all shipments destined for Sudan effective 1 January 2026. All concerned parties are expected to ensure full compliance with this requirement in order to avoid shipment delays.
