Additional Document Requirement – Packing List
In line with the latest regulatory update, the Packing List has been added as a mandatory supporting document for ACD applications, in addition to the documentation currently required.
The complete and updated list of documents required for ACD processing is as follows:
- Draft Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
- Packing List
Please note that ACD certification will be mandatory for all shipments destined for Sudan effective 1 January 2026. All shippers, exporters, and logistics stakeholders are required to ensure full compliance with the updated documentation requirements to avoid delays, or clearance issues at destination.
